I found a tutorial for this sailor dress. I had to modify it to fit my 8 month old, but the tutorial gives the instructions on how to modify it from her measurements. Just because I like to be different, I added piping along the pocket openings. I like the crisp line it gives to the pocket. It's a little big on her, so she should be able to wear it for a while . . . hopefully.
adorable!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness!
ReplyDeleteI don't even know where to begin on how much I LOVE this post. 1st, did you know that I'm OBSESSED with little girl sailor dresses? I had a ton of pictures of sailor dresses on my old phone...I would go to the baby section and take pictures of them all the time...I think it kinda freaked Nathan out ;)
Anyways, you did an amazing job and please, PLEASE make one for my future daughter!
Also, Emeree is the cutest little girl I have ever seen. I can't wait to see her this weekend!!
Thank you for posting all your crafts. I love taking a peek at all the fun stuff you do for your kids and family.
ReplyDeleteI was hoping you could email me the list of links that you used to have on the side of your blog. I loved to use your blog to reach their blogs. Since you have taken them off my morning routine has been in a funk!
Thanks, TyLeen
